I am in the webmasters group and I also checked the permission in the newbb.

all these worked before i upgraded.

i click on sync forum.
i get this "Got error 134 from storage engine"

but nothing happen after that. still functioning normally except for the administration features are not available. I can still delete / edit other ppl's postings though.

is it wise to backup the database and
uninstall the module and install again?
then restore the database?

the user list are totally empty.
I did a search, it did popup and was able to make a search.
but when I select a user and tried to "add". nothing happens as if the "add" button are not working.

I manually added myself as the moderator of the forum.
but nothing happens.

I checked in the forum admin. I don't see myself listed as the moderator either.

hmmmmmm.. this is odd

Still don't see the functions at front end.

I am the administrator for my XOOPS site.
now using the cbb 3.08.
upgraded from 1.55 previously.

now I am missing some features of the forum.

Some of the administrative function like
"merge this topic
move this topic
delete this topic"

are all missing. and the table below the forum doesn't show I am the administrator as well

[ Administrator ] [ Moderator ]
11 Anonymous Users
1 Registered Users: webmaster

I tried added myself as a moderator but not able to.
cause the list of users doesn't appear.

I tried debug but nothing shows.

what can i do?

I created another new group of users which I named "moderators".

Then added one of the registered users under "Registered user + moderators"

But funny when i click on their user profile at frontend.
I get this "Sorry, you don't have the permission to access this area.".

I am using the admin account.

Anywhere I can set the permission?

The users shown in the list when adding a moderator isn't complete.
so had to use the "search user" function.

when I found the user
I check the box
and click on the button " Add Selected users".

nothing happens after that.
the button does nothing. and I can't add users with names that ended alphabetically behind.
