I may be wrong but Paypal offers to you Credit card payments. Two cases :

1. If user already get a paypal account, so he just have to writes is email (right field)
2. If he does not know Paypal, he has to create a paypal account to pay with his Credit card (left side)

hi,

Yes, with paypal and offline too. See in Settings :
- "Paypal Email address" field
- and "Do you want to enable offline payment?" checkbox

Is www/cache folder get CHMOD 755 (or 777) ? Do you get an adminmenu.php file inside ?

hi,

About globalnav.html, you get two solutions :
- if you don't need multilanguage site, you can write items directly in html (so replace <{$smarty.const.THEME_HOME}> by "Home")
- if your site is multilanguage, you have to modify www/language/"your-languages"/theme.php defines

About ""documentation"" you can download this Quick Start Guide.

Take a look to blocks.css and modify #rightcolumns... like #leftcolumns declarations.

You may have to change others things :
- style.css
#xo-canvas-rightcolumn {
    padding: .5em;
}

- layout.css
#xo-canvas-rightcolumn {
width:    170px;
color:    #a0a0a0;
background-color: #f6f6f6;
border-width:    1px 2px 2px 0;
border-style:    solid;
border-color:    #b6b7b8;
}
