Hi,
I want the articles that I made in the news sections managed and displayed with WF-section.
Now I made a html file with the iframe command in it and made this an 'article' in WF section.
Problem is that I now see the article AND my site, so I see my site double (did'nt even drink one glass of beer)
You can see it here :
http://www.rainbowshaman.com/modules/wfsection/article.php?articleid=9

Is there a way to display only the article?

Go in the administration menu
choose XCgal module
choose general configuration
choose : No for : Enable gallery debug mode.

Well...As I see it, you've installed XOOPS with English as language and then started hacking some core modules (correct me if I'm wrong)
What you can do now is place the norwegian files in the english directory (modules/agendax/english)

If you have not hacked any core files then you can better make the multilanguage hack of Chad following this link.

https://xoops.org/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?forum=14&post_id=43677&topic_id=10734

The download link to modscentral is broken, so you may better get them here at Xoops. Horacio Salazar has collected/implemented all those hacks :

https://xoops.org/modules/news/article.php?storyid=1106

When you can't get it anywhere, I will send it to you.
When you've installed Chads hack, you can choose two or more languages.

Succes

Some more questions.
Is the rest of your site in Norsk?
Where exactly did you place the norsk translation of the agenda-X module?
Did you update the module?

Standard editor?

Hi,
First interest of me is putting content on my site the way I like it. So when I have an allready made html file I want it to show up on my XOOPS site the same as I 'designed' it.
I've been testing some of the content wrap modules and editors and found the (for me) best wrapping module in CJay content, the best way to deal with organising and so on in WF-sections, the best editor FCKeditor.
I'm using the FCKeditor in the news module.

Now I would like to have a standard editor that I can use in all the modules.
Because it is my understanding that for instance Mac users have problems with some editors, I think it is not wise to say :"Ok. we take this editor as a standard".

Maybe we can better ask the module develloppers to make a module that gives you the choice : what editor you want to use?
Then the user can decide which editor he uses in the modules like news/WF-section and so on.

May I have your opinion on this one?

Aloha

This script gives you an indication of the time that the page takes to load :
Quote:
><SCRIPT language=VBScript>
<!--
Dim Bar, Line, SP
Bar = 0
Line = "|"
sP = 100

Function Window_onLoad()
Bar = 95
sP = 10
END Function

Function Count()
If Bar < 100 Then
Bar = Bar + 1
Window.Status = "Aantal sec + voortgang: " & Bar & "%" & " " & String(Bar, Line)
setTimeout "Count()", SP
Else
Window.Status = "Alles geladen"
Document.Body.Style.Display = ""
End If
End Function

Call Count()
-->
</SCRIPT>

Btw: I'm not the author of this script.
You can see it on my old site
Amevita
But I don't think this works if you place it in the footer, for this you may have to put it in the theme.html file.
(this is being discussed somewhere else--> search for theme)

You can display stats in your footer, by inserting the code of for instance a stats 'provider' like Nedstat This is free for private users.

Once an Alfa, always an Alfa,
Once Xoops, always XOOPS

The description of the hack is here :
http://www.bbchen.org/modules/ipboard/index.php?act=ST&f=4&t=403&s=cdbe72144017f38564c36ae8b1cea3c8
Be careful when you copy and paste the code, sometimes this can go wrong, so check it very good.
At the end of the post you find a small zip sign, hit this button and that will download the fckeditor (this is a hacked version of the editor)

I use the FCKeditor (hack from bbchen) and I am very satisfied with it.
https://xoops.org/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=12983&forum=15#forumpost52028

It is a pity that there is (untill now) no common editor that could be used by all the modules without hacking your way through Xoops.
But this is a very easy hack, so try it out.

No news, this is the only one I found. I have not heard any news of the maker of this module either.
