I tried high and low to solve this problem but I faild. Here is the problem. I want to give a user a admin rights for FAQ but I want to live him into register user group.
What should I do?

Hello,
I have a simple problem, but since I'm a biginer it seams like a mountin to me.
I'm using XOOPS 2.2.3 and CBB (latest version)
I want to make a jpeg pictures to become attachments. I tried but i got information that this file type isn't alowed. What should I do?

I want to put picture in custom block. This block will be a banner like, wich meens that thet picture will be a banner. I'm a biginer so please help me!

I want to know how to make just text block! (not with marquee). Do I have to use some module, or there is another way!

After I installed xoops, and several moduls I get this information
Notice [PHP]: Undefined index: enable_usermoderate in file modules/newbb/class/permission.php line 54

New members can't register!

I want to expalin this problem. I put a theme that changed the font size in shout box! In defolt theme fonts are in normal size, but in theme that I use they are bigger. I want to make them smaler!!
Is this posssible, and how?
