Hi,
I want to know how to make just text block! (not with marquee). Do I have to use some module, or there is another way!

Where do you want to place the text block? Using the built in Custom Block functionality in XOOPS you can create plain text, rich text, HTML and PHP blocks that can be displayed in the left, center, center-left, center-right, and right column positions.
