Newbb2 Forum Trouble

I just input my new categories and did system update. Went to forum everything looks good. Click on one of the forums and go back to main menu and the top portion of the forum where drop down menu is is all scrambled and doesnt work....categories are inline, just the top is messed up ???????? if i go back to system admin and refresh the sytem or forum module and go back its fine..any suggestions ? Have XOOPS 2.0.10 installed and newbb2 with dream_on theme.

SOS ! Admin Panel disappeared

uploaded xt_themes went to loggin and do system update but have no admin buttons. page shows up, site and loggin are there but no admin buttons ??? what happened ?

hey ! success.....well kinda. I found that if i allow custom upload it will show in site info....but still cannot upload from profile account.."i put avatars in but they dont come out ! " any other ideas....

in the profile area there is a button that says "avatars". i can load them in, but if i select one from the drop down it does not accept it..i have checked and recheckedx permissions again and permissions are set. could it be something (code) in the template that is missing ? i dont think that it is going to the right location to retrieve the avatars. could be wrong but ?

just download & overwrite the existing ones on my server ? what about newbb2 ? do i need to reinstall those as well and run the update program again ?

tried to upload photo for classifieds and that didn't work either. went back through and changed and checked permissions on all image folders, ok...going to try again real quick to upload from classifieds section....ok back, photo's will not upload in there either.....did not have these modules installed yesterday though when problem started...only had new install to 2.0.10, forum and polls installed. wanted to get problems taken care of in order. NOT....lol No other problems that i can tell. all modules seem to be working properly. can place ads and they work, buttons work, system updates as it should, this is the only problem. Not a major one but a problem....cant have a forum without pix.

Ok, it shows up in the drop down menu...reload, updated system, still notta...

there is no "avatar" button in my edit profile page. are you talking about in the systems admin "AVATARS". ?

jumped the gun...yes it does show up there in the signiture section. thats where i put it in though when i edited my profile. uploaded like a smiley through the image manager

Ok. Avatars upload to image manager ok. somewhere between im and site info im loosing them. can insert avatar in signiture in profile but it doesn't appear in site info box next to name still. I know im missing something, does ANYONE know or have an idea. evrything that i can think of ive exausted. If its able to go to IM why not Site Info ? site info i have the "Ghost" image when i jighlight it of blank.gif ?
