theme designer required

Ok we mentioned our site already in site reviews where we got some suggestions on our theme. The site is about rc on-road cars so the theme should be much more colorfull and should include more pictures of rc on-road cars in the first page as it is. If somebody thinks he could make a perfect theme for our site for free please contact me (e-mail) or just give me an idea or suggestion how to improve it.

I recently installed xcgallery module. Everything was working fine, I made some basic categories but when i wanted to upload pictures came this: failed to create directory albums/userpics/10002!
Any idea. i checked preferences and everything seems OK.

Actually we have album and forum where you can post pictures of your cars,... But to do that or to view pictures you have to be registerd. About the top page you are right. It needs more pictures of rc cars. I'll see what i can do.

How can you tell?
I am 100% positive that favicon is in the root.

OK I have a problem with favicons.
I made my favicon.ico, i upload it on the host into the XOOPS root directory, i also double checked theme.html in themes section. Everything is ok on my computer. I can see my favicon next to url. But when i view the same page on someone elses computer, x from XOOPS appears instead of mine icon.
