OK I have a problem with favicons.
I made my favicon.ico, i upload it on the host into the XOOPS root directory, i also double checked theme.html in themes section. Everything is ok on my computer. I can see my favicon next to url. But when i view the same page on someone elses computer, x from XOOPS appears instead of mine icon.

I think this faq might help...

I've modified my theme, but why can't I see the changes?

is this the site? If so then favicon.ico is not in root.

How can you tell?
I am 100% positive that favicon is in the root.

If http://www.mi-tuning.org/ is the site, then I'm having no troubles seeing your favicon in both Firefox and IE. Did you change something?
