Did you have a server update and/or change of imagemagik path?

What size has the picture, check the values in modul preferences.

You can try updating these two modules in module administration, so the templates should be written in the DB again.

This is only the xcgal internal debug mode. When the gallery is running without problems you can turn the debug mode off in module preferences.
In your case you don't have to worry when turning off.

This problem is fixed with version 2.0 of xcgallery.

What's your version of XOOPS and xcgal?

There should be a link in the xcgal menu called "Upload picture". It's only visible when you are logged in and have the right to upload pics.

Turn off module cache for xcgal.

You can try V. 2.0 otherwise you can simply downgrade by overwritting with the 1.1 files.
