Delete TimeZone from register.php

I want to delete the timezone of registerform (register.php). I dont want to apears in the form.

First I tried to delete the timezone from register.php but when i load the site the timezone still apears. I put commets // in front of timezone but nothing.

What can i do to make timezone=off?

I can't create categories for news. When i wrote a categorie in the news module and i press ok to create it, my internet xplorer stops athttp://www.mysite.com/modules/news/admin/index.php (blank page)

I have install the TinyContent-Duplicatable. I create a content but everything i wrote inside doesnt show it in my page. (content type -> html). I tried everything but nothing! I want help!
