A 'trading post' is a generic term to describe a place of business activity to do with trading. It does not refer to one specific place owned or trademarked by any one group or individual. Because it has already been established in common usage as a generic term as described, I can not see how anyone can legally restrict its usage as a descriptive term.

I agree with your analogy of the 'Supermarket' but ultimately, you should take legal advice on this one.

I use and recommend Contact 1.6 because it has many useful field options and an anti=spam captcha setting.

Mark, you even have a text size option (which goes really large!) I think any disabled (vision) person would be happy to visit your site.

Keep doing what you do, you have great resources.

I used to have a rating of 8.5 0n silktide, Now suddenly it has gone down to 7.3 Looking at the detailed results I can only summise that the system has gone wrong. They have always knocked me hard for the dissability factor, despite the fact I use 'TITLE' and 'ALT' tags for my images.

To be honest I no longer trust the reports, especially as my site has been promoted to Google rank 5 recently.

They say my site is not very popular and not well linked to but since the last report which said I was popular end well linked to, my visitors have increased and my backlinks also.

There's a glitch for sure.

There's more to this change than just the core update! Certain modules may not work after the upgrade, because they are not compatible with XOOPS 2.0.16

Try a test site first before committing to a production site. Nobody has checked and detailed the compatibility problem, so be aware.
