So, you made some changes...

To translate a module you need nothing more than wordpad. The files are in the languages folder of the module.

I am looking for a way to have an entry in Xdirectory linked to an ad in Catads.

My first idea was to create an extra field in the Xdirectory (orrename an not used field like state) where I can put the UID or username and make the username visible in catads, linked to the entry in Xdirectory, not the user profile... Hmm...

Have some more thinking to do. The site has to be ready in 13 days.

Any great ideas?

Had the same problem some time ago:

I installed my XOOPS on my server http:85.119.xxx.xx/site.com changed the theme... and everything worked fine until I registered my site.com domain and started working from site.com

I changed the settings in the mainfile.php and everything worked fine again.

I tried the different XOOPS Modules and none of them did what an online store should do.

OsCommerce is the only option here. Not that simple, I agree but keep in mind that XOOPS is an exception. Not everything can be so easy to master.

Depending on what you want to sell you can keep your Xoopssite as an product info of support site by putting a link on the OSC site.

SOLVED

Sendmail was sending the emails from apache@ns1.kimokea.com?! These mails were rejected from the receiving emailserver so we had to create a subdirectory ns1 on the domain.

I still wonder where sendmail got the apache@....

Got this from phpinfo:

Can I send you the phpinfo by PM? Maybe you'll see the problem...

Apache/2.0.51 (Fedora)
Ensim Control Panel

There used to be an issue with my nameserver settings, that might be the problem... but I'm not sure.

I tried every option except SMTP.
