EDIT: I feel foolish, I had a bad install, after re-reading this thread, I deleted it and another contact module and re-installed with no problems.

Our county firemans association is in need of a specialized module for our county fire service.
It is basically a database driven 'resource manual', it lists all resources by department. It is quite comprehensive and will need some good thought. It does exist now in MS Access.

OK, somehow I missed that, I have now upgraded to cbb 3.0rc2 AND I still have the TIME issue.
Any help on this, I'm sure I'm just overlooking something.
