new install looks different

ok i installed it just fine except it only looks the way it is suppsoe to in internet explore if i use netscape navigator it looks like crapt how can i fix this problem i need to have it working on both not just one or the other. i had a testing server up on my computer and i it looked fine on both but i upload to the actuall server and it looks like crapt i need help.

i done the above as you said tried both but it still dosn't update i need help i am running it local but it still should work right

i have put an installation on my computer and i am getting a problem my admin account is no longer an admin account and it's the only account what files in MySQL do i need to edit or change to get it to give me my admin power back cause it is saying i don't have access and it's the admin account and i can't delete what's installed.

I am trying to make it where the modul wfchannel will replace my Top Page cause i am making that with information on different things for miy site any ideas on how to set it as the defualt module?
