Displaying Banners/Adding Flash Headers

I am trying to display a sites banner... not showing up! I added the path to the banner which is http://radiox151.x8r.com/images/banners/in_the_jar.gif
I copied the path from the Xoops.swf url and replaced it with banners gif. It workded once about 2 days ago. Display banners is "ON" as well. I tried clearing out the cache in the templates_c folder also.

Also,
I have been having trouble adding a Flash Header... Can someone please tell me what the correct code for inserting a flash(swf) file into XOOPS is? Thanks.

I tried typing in the path "montisblack/future.swf" in as well, an nothing!
Am I missing any other code to add it in Xoops? Image reference tag or something? I see the black block but nothing in it. Thanks in advance for the help. I have been messing with this for 2 days now

Does anyone know how to add a flash header? I have been trying for a while now and cant seem to get it right. I have been inserting this code but does not seem to work... I cant figure out how to integrate flash with XOOPS.

Thanks for the feedback. Do you know how to add the flash txt as a transparency to the existing image? I created the swf; transparent/no borders.

Is it possible to integrate flash with Xoops? I would like to add a flash banner logo at the top of the page... http://radiox151.x8r.com It is going to be an overlay on the current header. What code would I use to insert it?

Adjusting Width/Size of Layout

I am having trouble adjusting the layout. I figured out how to adjust the headers in the style.css; but that is all that changes. The layout remains the same. Does anyone know how I can get a uniformed page (http://radiox151.servebeer.com)? I need the modules on the left/right to center with the header. Cant seem to figure this out... I am trying to get the layout like on http://www.montisarts.com/modules/news/
