Well thank, you all. The thing is that I have several Flash tools.

I installed freecontent and tinyD. Freecontent refused my HTML pages with the embedded Flash (could not find any text) and it seems to me that it is more of a content aggrerator. Then again when I look at your website, you seem to have all sorts of blocks, but no Flash.

TinyD was easier to setup. Create content, drop the Flash code and off I go. It works, I'm still toying with it, but it seems to do what I want.

Hi everybody,

It seems that every page I create has to be a part of a module, except for the homepage. Suppose I want to create free pages and link them from a block from the homepage, how am I suppose to that? Hope you have an answer, thanks in advance.

Integrating Flash in a newsitem

Hi everybody,

I want to integrate a Flash file in a newsitem in XOOPS 2.05 (will upgrade later). I used a test .SWF and the following code:

This seems to work fine in a Block, but not in a newsitem. Anyone suggestions? I use the newsmodule as a way to create different sections in my website. Thanks in advance.

Maybe something for the next version of Xoops, but I would really love a search log. You can see what the visitor is looking for. It helps you reorganise and prioritize your content. If you have the subject, people can't seem te find it. If not, you might want to add it.

The result could be an additional block in the advanced search page for example:

Keywords Queries
Xoops 12
Xoops + CMS 7
Xoops + fun 3
PHP 3

Well maybe, somebody thinks it's a good idea to know what your visitors actually want. Thanks for reading this.

Thanks, that did it. It was a clever move! I'd been worried for a while, but all is well, now. I still don't exactly know what I clicked off that made the system menu dissappear, I just turned back on everything.

I was messing around with rights in the webmaster section and updated it. I'm not sure, but soon after I couldn't find my System menu anymore. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks in advance.

Removing logo from weblinks module

Hi everybody,

I just installed the weblinks module on my Chivo, alles over vitaliteit website, and it works just fine. The annoying thing is the huge 'weblinks' logo. It just doesn't fit my theme. How can I remove it?

Yes, I can replace the logo.gif, but that's not what I mean. I want no logo at all. It takes too much space and has no function. If I want a logo I'll create a block above it.

I looked at the templates and remove references to it, but it keeps popping up. Anyone suggestions? Thanks in advance!
