Some kind of notification function of new messages/contacts for the admin would really be helpful.

EDIT: It also seems the 1.8 version has a lot less options/features than the 1.71???

The Swedish translation is 100% complete but not packed.

I would suggest we start making the translation easily available to the community ASAP. No point in having them hidden away where people can't find or get to them.

How can we actually download any of the translations for 2.5.5? Can't find them on SourceForge.

Also, is it intentional that you no longer (compared to 1.66) can edit articles from the front-end, i.e. no edit article link?

EDIT: Seems the variable
<{$story.adminlink}>
gives the wrong URL to the edit images and links.

When you inspect the "broken" picture, it adds ../../ between the site URL and the folder structure, so it would seem this is trying to do both an absolute and a relative link at the same time.

When trying out 2.5.5 (clean install) I get random WSOD, but with 0 errors. They are especially frequent on the admin side. Doesn't seem to matter what modules, themes etc are installed or not. Anyone experienced anything like it?
(I run several versions of 2.4.X on the same server without any problems)

Can't get topic icons to show up on the index page, only when you click and view the full article.

EDIT:

The problem, or rather a clue to the cause of it, is in the news_item template. The following code
<{if $story.picture != ''}>
   <img class="left" src="<{$story.picture}>" alt="<{$story.pictureinfo}>"  />
<{else}>
   <{$story.imglink}>
<{/if}>
seem to go to the if statement even if there is no story picture. Removing the if statement and just putting the imglink in there makes it work. So, it seems to be something with the story picture.

I'm happy to announce that a completely revised and bug fixed version of the Swedish translation is now available for XOOPS 2.5.5 in Transifex

I would like to see an improved "Email users" function, where you could see and verify which users are included in your criterion BEFORE you send the e-mail, rather than after. Being able to select multiple users individually directly, rather than through criterion would also be nice.

Not huge issues, but still...

Great that we're now using this platform. Should really help with keeping track of the updates needed. I am currently reworking my 2.3.x and 2.4.x Swedish translations and should have the full 2.5.5 translation ready in a not too distant future.

What's the current status regarding including the e-mail templates, as DCrussader is talking about in an above post?

Also, Dcrussader used to release a "complete" translation package which seemed to include some more files. Are those files not relevant any more?
