nice idea, we need a team module in xoops,can you provide us a link to download the module, then we discuss what we can do?
by the way there is a biography module developped by Mage,http://www.woc-rock.com/modules/biography/ , I get the chance to see the features of this module:
- for each person you can add main picture, a full biography and a link to a photo gallery to see more pictures.
- for each team you can add a main logo
- there is a random block for biographies.

but I dont have any idea about the price of this module.

hello I am using a cloned version of publisher in an arabic website , and the rating system is working well :
www.profalturaiki.com/modules/abstracts
click on any link and try to vote.

to activate well the rating system , it isn't enough to activate it from permissions, but you have to go to the module preferences, then looking for :Allow rating feature, and turn it to on.
try it and let me know

you can wirite for example : home and the link will be : index.php
Downloads and the link will be modules/TDMDownloads
...etc
make normaly your menu then go to blocks and choose to show it in breadcrumbs, you can show it as a block and choose it place in the top center, or you can merge it in the theme by creating an id and added it to your theme
