Formulize 2.2 & xoop .16

I'd like to setup a counter for each form added, it should be an element of a form, and every user has their own counter which only counts when that user add a form.

Is it possible to do this by writing some PHP Code in Default value ?

Another question, I don't get Notification after add entry (both admin and submitter).
I set everywhere I can find for this mod, but still no Notification come to either email or PM.

Anyone know what's the problem could be?

Hi, Peekay
you saw an IE error message appear in the middle of the screen when you're using Firefox!?? hahahahaaa
I suggest you to send a screenshot to MS.

I searched the forum and there are some ppl they have the same custom fields problem as mine, of course no solution.

Anybody has ideas of how to change the "Assign To: " part??
Just like to fix the "Assign To: " part without select, only 1 department for a Log Ticket URL, and we use different URL to log to different department.

I'm using XOOPS 2.0.16 and xhelp 0.78 beta. PHP version 4.4.2
I have 2 departments in xhelp, says D1 and D2. And I have some custom fields in each of them.
When I try to log a ticket and select from D1 to D2 or either way (Assign To: ) I get this error popup:

Resized Image

and the custom fields are no change, I mean if there were 3 custom fields in D1, I still got there 3 custom fields in D2 without the custom fields I set for D2.

Hi, thanks
XOOPContact v1.6 doesn't allow me to add elements by myself. Actually, liaise is good enough, I just need different Contact form send to different email address. But I don't know which part of the code I should look at.

Hi, thank you.
But I'm in a different situation, I need all members to use these forms, so I couldn't create different groups.

You create a form - it is accesible by everyone. You assign the mail group to send it to and then add the people that you want it sent to, to the mail group. Very simple, no modification of code required. E.g. create a group called 'Form 1 recipients'. Add Fred, Joe and Lindsay to the group. Creat your form and select the 'Form 1 recipients' group as the target for mailing.

I use liaise as Contact form. I have 3 different Contact forms and I want each of them send to different email.
Please let me know where I should modify the code.

Thanks
