Well, I think I have finished the party comes back to me on this module.
There's just the text of the help page in the administration to do, but I think some can prepare myself a little text with more practice than me on this module.

I tried to detail the changes on svn that I realized, just from commit 5951 and then up again.

Quick summary of what I do:
2011/01/06: Version 2.1 beta
=================================
- redesign administration (kris_fr)
- adapt administration for xoops 2.5.x (kris_fr)
- add help and about page in administration (kris_fr)
- add module description in administration index page (kris_fr)
- add xoops editors for page edition (kris_fr)
- cleaning for flash object for some template.html (kris_fr)
- replace admin template in folder /templates/admin/ (kris_fr)
- rename admin file (kris_fr)
- add more blocks (same initial) (kris_fr)
- change table db name (more easy for clone process) (kris_fr)
- add upgrade rename db table script for previous version (kris_fr)
- finish internationalization (kris_fr)
- add php script (extras folder) for rename this module (kris_fr)
- cleaning define language unused (kris_fr)

download this module branches for test and comments!

I created a branch on the SVN for the changes that I bring to this module.
Trying to update the commits every step of my work.

Why not simply put the style sheet inhttp://yoursite/themename/modules/yourmodule/ ?

I just use the overring of the theme to override another theme in a module, or part of the theme (for example the columns layout or header, or footer, ...)

ex. for sitemap module -http://xoofoo.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/xoofoo/xoops/themes/interface_publique/demo/trunk/modules/sitemap/

I just tested xoops plugins for tinymce, and I have not had a problem
