installed module fine...does not appear in block does not appear in menu, the only place it shows up is in "system admin >MODULES".

Cany see the HTML that I placed in index.php file and uploaded

ok, maybe im just retarded about this whole PHP thing but I cant seem to get my install to work. Got it uploaded into core, could see the module in system admin, installed ok, but doesn't show up in block ?

What am I doing wrong ?

system admin > groups

Are the group permissions for your users checked.

check the polls box and make sure it is marked with "check" next to polls

read the read me file.....you have to download imagemagik and I forget the other program (sourceforge)....was to complicated for me, but thats where I found all the information about setting it up.

Hope this might help alittle.

If you find a resolution I'd like to find out too.

system admin > list polls > edit poll
be sure box is marked to show in block
system admin > blocks > polls > edit

the one thing that I really need, in addition to the current features, is a way to incorporate a link or button in the post that generates a popup window (size specific)for my business advertisements. The popup windows are specified by pixel height and width. Currently this is a java function. If you look at the source code in the head of this page you will see it. I think I might probably be able to include it in the MX templates, but as I said I am just unsure about what I am doing yet. MX Directory is a great module and I would like to continue the use of it. But my MAIN BUSINESS is advertising for local Businesses and this is how I will make 95% of the income on this site.
