CBB Date Problem

Was running 3.07 and was getting dates like...

YAmerica/New_YorkstAmerica/New_Yorkrday

T2007day

So, poking around I found a post about someone updating their frameworks. So I updated to the latest, 1.22? But still got the same date issue. I updated the 3.07 via the Module Admin page, no luck. So I downloaded 3.08 and uploaded it. Still the same issue.

Has anyone had to deal with this issue?

Need Module Suggestion....

I am doing a website for a special interest type group. They want to add a "WANTS / DISPOSALS" page. Where a person can post say "I have XYZ I would like to get rid of, anyone interested please contact me", or something like "I am looking for ABC, does anyone have one they'd be will to sell or trade for?"

Other than a forum for just that purpose, anyone have any thoughts? I can't code PHP one lick, so I am outta luck there.

Don't think it's working....

Saw 16 guests on yesterday and it didn't increment up even by 1.

Does it only count registered and logged in guests?

Mine is up, but it doesn't seem to be working. Don't see any incrementing.

Website Counters?

I don't use them on my sites, but I have a customer that wants to use them on his two sites.

What are people using on their sites?

I try loading IStats 2.2 on my 2.2.x install, but not sure if it is working. No one but me (admin) is on yet. Not sure if it tracks admin or not.

Did I do something wrong? Or doesn't 3.1.3 ZenCart work with 2.2.x? I just get a blank screen.

Is it just a matter of running the utility that my host provides me to convert to PHP5? Or is there something I have to do on the XOOPS side. That's my only question.

Maybe I am missing it, so I apologize in advance.

But, all the sites I run (just a few sites really) all support PHP4 obviously and offer PHP5.

What's the deal with converting XOOPS 2.2.x sites to run on PHP5? Just run the conversion tool the ISP gives me? Or is it more involved on the XOOPS side?

Or if there is a link someone can give, I will go read through it.

Need ECommerce type suggestion

I am rebuilding this website for a buddy of mine, with XOOPS obviously.

It would be my first site period with ecommerce type stuff. It looks like right now the previous designer just used a paypal link, script or something to accomplish this.

I need a suggestion for how to approach this. Something that he can update relatively easily on his own. Changing prices, products, photos, etc.

I tend to use 2.2.x and not 2.0.x if that matters.


Any suggestions?
