How to let user submit a particular survey only once(like xoopspolls)? It seems user can submit multiple times for the same survey.

Does it save which user votes which answers for a particular poll?
If it does, how do I find those users by query(using phpmyadmin)?
Then how do I email only to those users?

Is there any module or hack that lets add pictures to polls module for each answers and a main picture above the question will show sponsor?

Well, there are several modules for that, and that is the problem. How many times a user need to add a user as a friend?
Why don't we have a common buddy list feature where user can add other users (when the other user approves). So other modules which wish to have buddy feature will use the core buddy list , just like the core PM system.
