Alternatively you can use FreeContent Webdegist feature

like this (For ABC):

This is a feature in Agenda-X 2.0, simply give a XOOPS's root relative path image directory and go.

The most recent test version of Agenda-X is 2.0beta2

No, I received a PM with a proposition for fixe on feb 14, many messages had been exchanged here. And my own fixe is released on feb 15. I wonder Who was frustrated.

I think it is worth noting that a fix was made, so there is no great cause for alarm. If I am reading the thread correctly, a fix was sent to the developer, but, not released by the developer... hence the frustrated post here. Most of the rest of the "heat" of this thread has been caused by communication difficulties... with people struggling with English, I try to overlook the lack of diplomatic language.

I think the correct statement should be "It is a MORE SAFE VERSION"

I applied the change that removes the possibility of remote inclusion instead of workarrounds.

GIJOE,

As a Chinese gentleman, I wouldn't make such comments on any body.

And I am very sorry for your lacking of Etiquette and elegance.

Regards.

I read the source and I had the conviction wjue does not have skills to be able to create modules which can be opened to the public.

Sorry, I just noticed your post.

The message says: "Either CURL extension is not installed in your PHP system or the returning data is empty FreeContent needs CURL library functions to be operating"

If Curl is installed, that would mean the returning data is empty. I set a 15 seconds Timeout for Curl to retrieve a webpage, if you have a slow line, this could not be sufficient, try to slightly increase that value by editing the wenli.class.php file line 374:

curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_TIMEOUT, 15); // times out after 15s

for exemple 25

How about this "Curl" issue?

It's installed as an extension yet the mod still says I don't have it installed?

I wouldn't recommand Joker, anyway, Freecontent is on Sourceforgehttp://sourceforge.net/projects/wjue/

I expect my sites' returning on next week.

If you don't need recurring events admin, you can safely use Agenda-X v1.2.2 (even if register_globals are ON). Agenda-X beta 2 is still in beta phase, not really stable yet.

Where can I see if register_globals are of or on?
