I typically try to keep the paths the same - see VALUE in first example and src in second. Hope that helps.

I'm not sure if this is what he is talking about, but if you use just Users from the admin menu, it never returns any match. However if you use the Extended profiles->Users - it works better, although the program flow is kind of screwed up...

What I mean is, if you are in the Extended profiles->user screen and select List, you get a dialog that gives you user list, group, and rank. The buttons below say add - doesn't make sense. But by selecting add, you then get some data propagated in the drop down list for EP->users.

Search makes more sense.

But, I would think that you would want the drop down propagated with the list of users...?

Anyway, that may be what he's talking about. I'm not that concerned with it, I'm expecting Skalpa to trash that system entirely.

PHP-Stats is a great application...however if you want a bit of security and control for your XOOPS site, you should use XOOP-Stats v0.60 for XOOPS 2 which will actually give you some security and control over who is hitting your site.

I am a Plesk reseller.

Your settings will be in your control panel for DNS.

DNS Templates : However, if you are a site only (domain) you can't control this. It has to be done by the client (reseller) or the server admin for PLESK.

Your setup : That being said, you should have full control of your DNS through the DNS icon on the Plesk desktop.

If I may be so bold - this is an easy tact and is used quite often with any CMS - worst offenders are Joomla and Limbo (Mambo) - but basically here's how it works, I run a form loader and drive the form "blindly" - that's it.

Now, that is specifically why I wrote this new and improved contact us module for XOOPS. Since installing, my form drvien SPAM has gone to 0 (zero!). Reason - security code for any entered contact form...simple!

Try it out, it will work! Hackers are TOO LAZY to mess with trying to figure those out.

Did you try Contact Us v1.6?

If so, what problems did you get? It is installed on lot's of 2.2.x sites, so I'm sure it can be installed on yours!

Sorry - what I meant was, they won't tell you because they are doing a CYA...!

If they give too many details, it could be used to exploit them if it gets out.

I'm surprised you don't have some type of telnet (bad) or SSH (good). Is it a windows platform? Linux?
