Here is the adress of the hack in the wiki.

http://wiki.xoops.org/wakka.php?wakka=XoopsAutoLoginHack/

But, Quote:
GIJOE released a package with the updated 2.0.5.1 corefiles for all lazy peoples

http://www.peak.ne.jp/xoops/modules/mydownloads/singlefile.php?cid=2&lid=11

This is the one I use with version 2.0.5.2, and it works perfectly !

Enjoy !

Ok, I still have the same problem, and it is not a matter of cache. However, I have tested some things so I have more details :

When I am logged in as the webmaster, I can go to any forum topic and I will never see the No New Post icon. All the icons I see in the forum are always the one with New Posts. So it seems like XOOPS don't keep track of what posts I'v seen.

However, on the same computer, If I log on with a user account, everything works perfectly fine !

On another of my XOOPS site, with the same computer, If I log on with the webmaster account, everything works fine.

So the probleme is definatly with the webmaster account of the first site.

What can I do??? It is realllly anoying !

Pleas help me !

I've installed autologin Hack from GIJOE. I now see the Remember Me check box. However, even if I enter a username/password, and I check the chec box and hit Login, th enext time i'll go to the site, the Username and Password editbox are always empty. I tested it with IE6 and Mozilla. The server is win2003, running apache.

What can I do to make this work?
Thanks !

In the same wayyou should develop a "new items" hook that every module can code to to provide new items into the newsletter so that it can be automatically generated.

This is a MUST HAVE for XOOPS future version !!!!!!

Hi Richard, thanks for the info. Would you happen to have a public site url where I could see a good implementation of wfsection? I'm exploring the module and I don't fully understand all its possibility.

Also maybe you or somone could help me with this. I want user to post article with wfsection and I want them to be able to upload documents with theire articles. It seems to be working in the admin section. But could a user do it without having access to the admin setcion.

Thanks for your help and see you in the doc site
