I've been using XOOPS for so long on so many different things that it's become apparent to me in my next venture (which is intended to be xoops-less) that I'm starting to lack the ability to do anything without it. Bah.

I'm using version 1.1 as well. I just moddified the templates.


However I, for one, have always had another problem. All of my users are always able to submit images to albums that are set for "Admin Approval", yet when they submit them, they ALWAYS show up without needing approval. So mine is broken in another way I guess.

Could this have something to do with the header information that gets passed (I think that's what I read was the problem) that seems to prevent some people from signing up, when they have Norton Security (or other firewall software preventing it from passing)?

Now I'm getting freaked out. I haven't noticed any problems yet in mine and I'm running 2.0.7.1 with the IB mod on it as well, so mine is hacked to pieces.

Would this work for a web hosting enviroment or would I need the professional version? Personally, I am still really liking Mandrake 10, but I'm curious about SuSE as well. I'll be at CompUSA Saturday, so I thought I'd ask you guys about this.

it sounds like you are just not in admin mode. do you not see the "Admin Mode" link beside the "My Gallery" link? If not, this is what the link goes to when you click it. Adding that to your browser address bar might help.

I didn't even see that one. Yeah, that from what I read the other day, is a hacked version of the one I posted, yet there was no real noticable difference from what I saw. Either way, I hope this module comes out. It could be very good.
