Looking for Lost Modules

Just getting back to XOOPS after a long time. It seems that I can't locate the replacement editor for TinyContent, which was Tiny Eidtor (I believe). Also did News 1.44 go away as I can't find that any longer. I had them both working great on a previous site.

Dbaser Menu

Does anyone know of a way to display the categories containg the audio and video files. I thought DBASER used to do that...so a viewer (anonymous) could select from the categories. All I see are single block items..."play it" without any selection possibilities. I would like to have a page with those categories listed.

Thanks for your advice. Re; multiple posting...frustration was getting the better of me.

TinyEditor did clean things up though there is still a glitch with their patch for Content, which prevents it from writting to the database, but there are alternate modules that do the job.

There is also a bug using the Tiny Editor module and firefox...the WYSIWYG editor will not function.

In addition to this bug, Tiny Editor will not display the WYSIWYG editor while it will in Internet Explorer. Does anyone have any fixes here.

Easy Web Pro and FireFox

Im trying to get Easy Web Pro 2.1 to work with FireFox. When I try to either create or edit a page using Firefox as my browser, I get an error that FireFox is missing a plugin. When I click the link to find a plugin, it can't...the screen goes blank and I can't create or edit a page.

I have a current version of Firefox.

Things work fine with Internet Explorer

FireFox Issues with Module

I have the latest version of XOOPS and am using a module called Easy Web Pro. When I try to edit or create a page while using FireFox, I get an error that FireFox needs a plugin. When I go search for the plugin, there isn't one and I can't create or edit a page in the Easy Web Pro module. It works fine with IE....

Any ideas...and thanks in advance.

Ok... I had to reinstall Tiny Content and it works now. I guess I'm wondering if anyone has a clue as to what may have happend?

An Update.... I'm using Tiny Content as my start page. If I select None or another page as my start page, things work again.

An guesses as to steps to fix this..

Page won't load any longer

Real strange problem here. I was working on my site then all of a sudden the it won't load any longer. If I go to the htdocs/user to login as an admin, the page will show with the login window and I can navigate to the other pages. If I try to login or view the page all I get is a blank screen and non-stop DSL modem activity. My temp site is athttp://www.consultyou.net/cms/htdocs.

I can't figure this one out. I've looked at my SQL database and did a check for errors with none found.
