Im trying to get Easy Web Pro 2.1 to work with FireFox. When I try to either create or edit a page using Firefox as my browser, I get an error that FireFox is missing a plugin. When I click the link to find a plugin, it can't...the screen goes blank and I can't create or edit a page.

I have a current version of Firefox.

Things work fine with Internet Explorer

Thanks for any help

In addition to this bug, Tiny Editor will not display the WYSIWYG editor while it will in Internet Explorer. Does anyone have any fixes here.

Thanks

The module Easy Web is from 2004 and might not be fully compatible with your XOOPS version (?) and/or FireFox.

TinyEditor is the XOOPS version of the WYSIWYG editorTinyMCE and is compatible with FireFox.
You might want to check the forum of TinyMCE for an answer.

Does FireFox tell you what plugin (java maybe) is missing?

.... and please stop posting your problem multiple times here on xoops.org ....

Thanks for your advice. Re; multiple posting...frustration was getting the better of me.

TinyEditor did clean things up though there is still a glitch with their patch for Content, which prevents it from writting to the database, but there are alternate modules that do the job.

Thanks
