does anyone know of any awards modules??? something like where usuers can submit their site and we review it and award them with a banner to put on their website. something all those lines

are there any blocks or modules where i place a website url or content then on the page i created the website is wrapped on my page??? i wish i had an example it sounds alittle confusing. basically its to have news or articles from other pages inside a text field on my website.

1. im new at this XOOPS thing. i want to add a couple links to a page where 1 has links to different videos and movies on my page while the other has some audio. whats the easiest way to do this? i guess im asking how do i made a module for a link to a page that has the links to the video and audio pages?
