i tested creating an account but i never receive any confirmation email to activate my account. i checked the faq but i dont see anything that can help. anyone know the problem?

Would you like to give more information please: Version - xoops, php etc. See the read before you post below - then someone may be better equipped to help you.

You must have "Activation By User" selected in your Genral settings its in extended profiles if you are using 2.2
