Is this a general problem or just for this feed.

Have you got more than one copy of xlhd running? I have 8 copies now running fine, but made some mistakes when installing some of them.

I have installed modules only to find that they were nothing like what I expected. Good descriptions are essential.

That doesn't sound too promising.

Message to developer:
The ability to change the type of user information in the database would stretch XOOPS capabilities into a host of new areas.

I would like to add to the types of information that my members can enter about themselves, or simply change the names of some of the categories. Is this easy to do or even possible?

For eaxmple,

I want to change ICQ to Age, which files need to be changed?

I would love to see a module where tasks that need to be done can be posted and members can volunteer to help. (This is for activism rather than development).

For Example
1) Task Owner
2) Task
3) Number of people needed
4) Location
5) Skills Required

The author of the module suggested it was a PHP 5 problem, but I know that others are using it fine with PHP 5.

Block Wandering About

I added a Block to my side column, which contains an advert (blogads - javascript).

The advert possesses a wandering spirit and often pops up in the middle of a forum or elsewhere in the centre of the site.

What might be causing such behaviour? I had to hide the block to stop it misbehaving.
