css Based Theme

Has anyone tried to do this?

I have a test site up right now (this was a quick mockup I made)

if you have firefox you can change the css file to blank and see what its like without the any css

The menu's have a single color background. You cant tell in the screen shot but the menus are transparent. If you go to my site and grab the lightsaber hologram you can drag it around and get a feel for the effect.

to bad I cant get the menu's to render right in i.e.

Opinion on new theme

I started this a while ago and I think I am just about done but im not sure what I should do about the background (thats where most of my complaints come from) if your using firefox or another browser that has multiple css support you can switch the background. Also the menu's will not render right in i.e. 6 (they should be semi transparent to you)
