why old xoops? because it's modificated for my needs and i don't wanna mess up things i did.. it will be cool if i could upgrade core or security options.. and the main "why" is that new versions like 2.2 and others are a huge disapointment.. so i better use old ans steady version..
maybe You know how can i upgrade only security things, core and nothing more?

as i said mail function is working, sending mail using /class/xoopsmail.php works in module contact, but doesnt't work in xoopspartner.. so there's something wrong with xoopspartner i guess
where's my red bull!

i'm talking about ADMIN menu, not main menu, which is on public side! Ordering in in Modules screen changes module appearance in main menu ONLY

xoopspartners mail bug

#OOPS#o!

the problem is: if someone whishes to send an e-mail to the administrator (my) mail sending fails.. i tried to send mail throug the contacts module and it works.. saw the code for xoopspartners/join.php and it seems to be ok.. please help

i'm using XOOPS 2.0.9.2 and xoopspartners version 1.1

aaaaand what about module order in admin menu? there is a module called xoopsparters, which after instalation has become the very first module, pushing system admin to the secont place, which irritates me! how to correct this?

Hello!

I'm using myReviews modificated module, two of them to be precise. the problems are whith search funcions:

1) i need to know where is placed the main SQL statement that searches this module, because I added new column which contains the automated publish date and I don't want the search function to show up unpublished content

2) in other myReviews module (clone) search function is not working at all.

Your help could very appreciated!

how to set xoops on xampp (linux)?

hello there!

linux red hat and xampp works just fine, but XOOPS does not. I didn't install ir from the beginning, but copied from another place. I changed the mainfile.php, but all i get is "Internal Server Error". What steps should i take.. is there any tutorial on installing XOOPS under xampp and linux?

i log in, but if i go to the administration, the phpsession string disappears and i have to log on again, so i can't do anything.
where's my red bull!
