Hello again, is there an easy way to make themes replace the logos with a logo in the XOOPS image manager? ie. can i just name my main logo something and the theme will use that instead? Or do i have to change each theme individually? also , most logos are gifs with transparency so the theme background can show up?

Thanks, thats great...is there any way to adjust the weight of the module for start page, i would like that to be at the top of the page, it seems to be starting below my headlines..and adjusting the headlines weight in blocks doesnt effect the order in which they appear

How can i get it so the news module block displays the body in the block and not just the title? I dont want any comments or anything on the main page, but i would like to have the news for the site.

See the middle column of www.kevinrose.com (this is what i want..i know its not XOOPS, but that is the general idea)

Hello eveyone, i just got XOOPS tonight and have been playing! I'm very excited! I do have a question about the email set up for registration.

I tried using phpMail()
for this setting i specified the from address (my email) blah@blah.com

specified the name MyDomain.com
from user admin

When a new user signs up it says it sent mail..but doesnt seem to arrive. I have also tried to use my mail servers. the smtp server is mail.mydomain.com typed that in and tried giving it the user and password for SMTPAuth...but both of those seem to cause an "internal error" when a new user registers. I am sure i have php Mail() working on my gallery 1.4.4 though...so im a little confused about why its not working, any thoughts?
