WFdownloads is a bit overkill for my needs. I'm just using the downloads module to distribute documents.
So how would I go about installing a second copy of the standard downloads module?

Is it possible to run two copies of the downloads module in the same XOOPS installation.
If so, what do I need to change in the second copy? Will there be any conflicts with tables in the database? If so how do I overcome them?

Thanks

When viewing an article created with wfsection, if I click the email button I get the following error.

Quote:
Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. The command line argument is not valid. Verify the switch you are using.

Any idea what could be causing this?

Hello I would like to add vertical cascading drop down menus to the main menu block, however I do no want to use absolut positioning. Absolution positioning would cause problems for users who view the site at other resolutions or for group who can see additional blocks. If the resolution changes or the position of the block changes the dropdown will no long be lined up correctly to the block. Does anyone know a simple way to make the position of the dropdown relative to the block, or where the code is inserted? SO that the drop downs will always be aligned with the block regardless of the resolution or block position?

I have a phone directory application written php. Its very simple. I would like to wrap it in xoops. I looked at tiny content, but it requires you to upload a file to be wrapped. Is there a module that will allow me to wrap an external page by entering a URL?

Is this module still being worked on? I tried the version from the initial download link in this thread. I found 2 things that keep this module form solving my problem. I hoping some has a solution.

The biggest problem is that If I upload a .pdf file for example, when it gets clicked the browser atempts to save the file rather than display it. And before you ask, yes I have adobe reader installed, yes it displays pdfs in the browser every else. Not a client side issue.
I suspect the module uses the file title rather than the actual file name when the link is clicked. This is the most important feature for me next to the ability to upload the files.

The other problem, is that it doesn't seem to allow me to set permissions for who can submit documents. At least I could see where to do it. I fould how to limit who can access the download, but see to have missed where to set submit permissions.
