A Birthday Theme?

I was going to use the is_rainbow theme but I can't get it to work

Something with a lot of colour and balloons? It's my boards 3rd birthday and we want to celebrate the occassion. We are a craft communitiy and love this sort of thing.

I have only been using XOOPS for almost a year now.

Upgrading from 2.0.6 to 2.0.7.1

Can I just use the upgrade to 2.0.7.1 or do I need to get to 2.0.7 first then upgrade from there?

I have noticed that there is not an upgrade to 2.0.7 from 2.0.6 (unless I am looking proplerly) So how do I do this without wrecking what is already in place?

I have added XOOPS gallery and pical to my site and would like to keep these mods intact.

Also does this update the newbb forums as well? or will I need to put on newbb pro??

I actually bumped one of the posts twice and after about a week posted again in another forum. This is why I did what I did. I would not normally double post but I was getting no where.

By the way this gave me no information as to why it was not working.

I only double posted because I was NOT getting an answer to the first question. The post was up for several days and I was getting no answer. This is why I posted again.

I can send out mail no problem. However when someone fills in the form on the contact us module, I don't get it. Where does it go I have email address set up in the preferences of the site.

What am I doing wrong??
