I was going to use the is_rainbow theme but I can't get it to work

Something with a lot of colour and balloons? It's my boards 3rd birthday and we want to celebrate the occassion. We are a craft communitiy and love this sort of thing.

I have only been using XOOPS for almost a year now.

Only ??? I first met XOOPS 6 moths ago but I made allready four themes alone ...
