When trying to look at the users in the SQL, here is what I get:

Can't open file: 'xoops_users.MYI'. (errno: 145)

Error

SQL-query :

SHOW KEYS FROM `xoops_users`

MySQL said:

ANything is possible, but investigate the technical first.

I tried to register to see if I could help, but it returned the following:

" Could not register new user."

Perhaps a dev will read and be able to know what is going on.

What I don't understand is that it worked fine, and all of a sudden I was getting IM's from people that couldn't get it. Could someone have possible hacked my site? I changed none of the settings in this time period.

i also had the same problem.i chane my operation system from
xp to win2000server but the problem is still now.

While we're on the subject, the same functionality in the Forum section would be very desirable as well.

For example, the title bar I currently see,

XOOPS Official Site - Forum

should read

XOOPS Official Site - Forum - Item-Specific Page Titles in News, wfsection

This would be useful both from a navigation point of view and for search engine spiders.

Thanks in advance for any assistance anyone would care to provide.

Weird

I didn't change anything. I can't log in under my admin name either... how could i fix this in the SQL?

I had the same problem awhile back it sounds like its the database or something in your XOOPS control panel.

But the weird thing is the *everyone* could log in one minute, and then all of a sudden *nobody* could! It really doesn't seem like it could be a virus software problem =/

Try logging in with your virus software off! virus software can interfier with your database.. even when i post messages here at xoops.org i have to have my virus systems off for it wont let the XOOPS database load !
