I wish talking about important point !! D3 system and D3 modules ! in new version of XOOPS ( 2.0.17 and upper ) we have very problem to use ability D3 modules systems for example block systems and templates system 9 ( need edit resource.db.php )
I Solicitation in XOOPS 2.3 specific Consideration to this problem and Create complete coordination Together D3 system
