authors' avatars not showing in wf-sections

Authors' avatars are not showing up/loading correctly in their articles in my WF-Sections athttp://www.bhsjester.com One example ishttp://www.bhsjester.com/modules/wfsection/article.php?articleid=2 in ie you can see (which you can't in firefox) that instead of the avatar there's the "did not load" red x thingy. Can anyone help me fix this?

That's xoops_is_count. What exactly do I change? I tried changing default but it doesn't do anything.

I'm using the counter block from I-Stats athttp://www.bhsjester.com but I've had a lot of hits before I installed the module, and I want to include those hits in the counter. How do I make it start from 1602 instead of 00000?

Newbb - just threads

Is there a way to make it so NewBB isn't split into categories and forums? I want it to be just one board with threads - as if you go right to /modules/newbb/viewforum.php?forum=1, only without the option of going back to the categories and forums, without the thing on the top that shows theres a category, and then a forum, and then where you are. I wanna keep it simple. Any way to do that?

ok I made TONS of changes. But there still seems to be some sort of vertical alignment problem w/ text and icons in header tables. see what I mean?http://www.bhsjester.com/modules/newbb/

any ideas on how to fix that?

ok I played with newbb/include/newbb.css to get everything I want except the gray outlines and gray bg for posts that xoops.org has here. I can't figure out how to do that, where that setting is. Anyone know?
