Adding Custom Menu Links - FAQ not there

HI there,

I see a lot of questions asking how to alter the left menu links, and all answers point to

but that link brings me to an empty page. Help??

IE Registration Problems

After registration in IE, the user is redirected back to the registration page and the registration is unsuccessful.

Address Module Privacy

I'm new to XOOPS and have a ? in regards to This Address Module -- is there a way to make it so non-members can't see the addresses?

I'm not seeing a setting for privacy.

That site doesn't appear to be working. I'm new to Xoops, so far I really like it! SO much easier than Joomla (ack) -- but I'd love to have this Mod.
