BTW for admin theme is different because theme use or not language file.
We can check if english folder exist but we must discuss on that with the team.

Hello,
Templates and NOT theme permit to override all module template and that's why we don't add the old system.
If xoopsers prefer the old one, we can change it of course, but if I remember kris, you say that this parts is unused because we can use override in theme folder, now you have it and you say "where is my templates area ?"

For the moment, some images is missing in different part like templates or in popup info in module section.
And Actually, just Oxygen work correctly with the module system.
