After installing this module I get this error when I click on it in the admin.


Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_SL in /home/donsphy5/public_html/modules/TDMCreate/const/const_admin_header.php on line 32

creating a module for xoops

There used to be a module that one was able to use to create new modules.

Is this still available for xoops?

Does one needs a lot of experience to create or adopt a module to work in xoops?

I was after in trying to make Podcastgen work in xoops.

Any encouragement would be greatly appreciated!

SPOT ON!!!!!!!! Silly me after using Xoops for the last 7 years (since version 2.13) I could not think about the default language in preferences.... then again I always used one language English for my sites.

I am building a website for a french client so the site is in pure French. I have installed the xoops core files in french and everything works perfect.

my question is whether there is a module where I can switch from French to English in the Admin Panel so I can say swithsh to English when I am updating modules and stuff.

I did upload that folder in Frameworks. I followed and uploaded all modules in this pack.

also when trying to upgrade the module this error comes up

Error : Smarty error: [in db:news_block_top.html line 915]: syntax error: unidentified token '#039;counter'' (Smarty_Compiler.class.php, line 1410)


@Mamba what about Publisher please. I think this should be next!!!!

found this fatal error in module news

Fatal error: Class 'ModuleAdmin' not found in /home/xxxxxxxx/public_html/modules/news/admin/index.php on line 1554

Hi Satrebil

I noticed that you are using Oledrion module to the fulliest without any problems especially regarding Attributes, which I am finding a lot of problems to make it work.

Is it possible to download Oledrion module that you have used? or if it was a commercial one is it possible to buy it?
