Hi All,

Hoping to start a discussion about PHP affiliate marketing software here.

What can people recommend. There is a suggested list here:
http://www.opensourcescripts.com/dir/PHP/Affiliate_Programs/
but none of the companies seem to trustworthy.

and this one seems to be quite well advertised but I have had some negative comments about it in the past:
http://www.qualityunit.com/postaffiliatepro/

I am looking to use it in conjunction with the XOOPS subscription module.

Any thoughts/advice would be much appreciated.

Cheers,

Arjun

Sorted! I believe its:

modules/oledrion/gateway-notify.php

and

modules/oledrion/thankyou.php

respectively.

Hi All,

Can anyone explain what the correct configurations for paypal are to get IPN working with Oledrion (ver 2.31)?

1. So what is the notification URL?
2. Setting Up Auto IPN Return on your PayPal Account in Website Payments Preferences (Return URL)

Many thanks!

Hi All,

Is anyone currently using Xosc for xoops 2.4.4?
I need an e-commerce with more advanced features than oledrion with the options of adding new payment gateways like barclays cc and google checkout. I also need it to interface with Xoops users DB.

So I think XOSC is probably the best solution... Does anyone have any other ideas and experience on this?

Thanks!

Shiva

I would be interested to see a good subscription module written for Xoops.

Over the next couple of months I will start planning to develop it. In the meantime perhaps Xoopsers can contribute ideas or can let me know if someone has started one already in which case it could save me some time!

Also, does anyone know of existing open source subscription components out there already which might integrate into XOOPS well?

Many thanks.

Hi,
I have installed the 2.3.4/1.20 xoops/multisite. It has installed fine. I have added two subdomains using the multisite module. But what do I do next to get the subdomains working. Do I need to create a .htaccess file for each subdomain to forward it to the main installation, or do I use Plesk to forward the domains or something else?
Currently I have .htaccess for the subdomains like:

RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^multi1.kingsleyhousepublishers.co.uk$ [OR]
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www.multi1.kingsleyhousepublishers.co.uk$
RewriteRule ^(.*)$http://www.kingsleyhousepublishers.co.uk/$1 [R=301,L]

But this just forwards to the main domain but without adopting the address of the sub domain.

Any advice will br much appreciated.

Hi,

Great, thanks for the link.

I also found this link:https://xoops.org/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=60879&forum=14&post_id=272750#forumpost272750

Is this still relevant?

Thanks
