Is anyone currently using or has seen (good) political themed templates/designs? I would like to see what is out there, I was going to start a new website, for which I am looking for a theme to use.

I like the colors used onhttp://www.moveon.org/front/. The blocks section could be either blue or red depending on which side it's on, or it could be changed by editing the CSS file.

This website also uses a good color combination
http://www.aclu.org/. With the light grayish background, and using white as the main background color on the content pages.

What is the difference between FreeContent and Cjay Content and wfsection? I likehttp://www.fantasyasylum.com/ has used wfsection on their website.

Can or should FreeContent or wfesection be used in place of the regular news posting module? Or are these modules mainly used for special sections on a person's website?

I deactivted the news module and i uploaded it from the core package. It still doesn't work properly. Now I don't know what to do.
The posts in the forums also show up like that.

The more I try to fix things, the more f'd up it gets.
THe website is still in beta mode, so there isn't any traffic on it.

Hi, on my website, I posted a story on my main page, (first time it worked), and then I went in and decided to edit the story. I opened up one window in Opera, the other in IE so I can see what the page looks from an anonymous users point of view, and admin point of view.

i am able to see it from the admin pov, but not the anonymous pov.

I thought it might be a problem with the Groups setting, but it's not. "News" is checked in the Module Access rights section.

What else could it be?

Thanks for the help, I was able to fix the problem.

I would like to have something like a "Give Author Feedback", Article Rating script 1-10. 1=Poor, 10=Great. Also, when you are reading a story, there could be a small box with the name of the author, and small bio.

Support for different types of ads, like different sizes, 468 x 60 full banner is already supported, but also would like to see 392 x 72, 234 x 60 half banner, square banners, tower banners in the side blocks, etc..

Are the XOOPS developers going to be adding a WYSIWYG editor in a future update anytime soon? Something like HtmlArea, or the one that Mambo OS uses.

This would be pretty helpful because right now, I use Dreamweaver to write something, and then copy the code into XOOPS.

How do I add the "Read More... |5 comments" feature at the bottom of each story? I would like to have 5-7 stories on the main page, and on each story, I would like to have the "Read More..." link.
