thanks very much for your help! i think i tried doing this, but it didn't work... must have been my mistake.
However, i could modify this form by editing the file edituser.php, and deleting (or commenting) the lines "$form->addElement(...."
It also works!

Hi guys
I'm having the same trouble... and installed the version anderssk said but still happening the same.
I have read and done everything the readme.htm file of the module said...
Am i missing something?

Thanks very much for your answer... but is there anyone else who can help me at this, please? i have precise information about some bugs that seems not to require much effort at fixing them, unfortunately i know almost nothing about PHP...
Or anyone else using this module??

Hi everyone...
I am posting at this forum because the ones on Modules Support Forums have nver been answered.
I have been using xhelp 0.78 and found some bugs (that i tried to report, but couldn't) and like to contact someone that can help me at this and so we can make a collaboration on the evolution of this great module!
If anyone can contact me, i would really appreciate it!

Review request of xhelp 0.78b module

Hi everyone!
I have detected a problem with xhelp version 0.78 (Beta) module. I hope this is the right place to inform a bug, since the link to report bugs doesn't seem to work. The bug is referred with time elapsed.
First: When a ticket is created, elapsed time starts and NEVER stops; it keeps counting even when the ticket is closed.
Second: When a ticket is assigned to a staff member, the elapsed time remains ALWAYS in 0 and doesn't starts counting...
Anyone can help me?? is there a way i can modify it in php files?
I'll appreciate very much your answer, since i must deploy this module at work in my intranet!!

more statistics in xhelp

Hi everyone:
In a few days i am deploying this module to work on my XOOPS intranet.
What i have been requested to do is to show more statistics about the process of ticket registrations.
For the moment, the only statistics i see are:
Ticket information: how many items for each status
Top Closers
Fastest Response Time
Slowest Response Time

I'd like to know how to do to add some more:
- Ticket information for each department
- Ticket information for each staff member

wait ANOTHER second....
i didn't know if had to use Mercury!
I have XAMPP and started mercury service, and could track the error message when i tried sending the mail.
It said:
"553 We do not relay non-local mail, sorry."
But i had to uncheck an option in:
mercury.exe -> configuration -> mercuryS SMTP Server -> cennection control. y desactive "do not permit SMTP relaying non-local mail.

wait a second...
when i use phpmail or sendmail, is it using the smtp server of my computar/network? sorry for my lack of knowledge about this...
My organization works with win2000server and Ms Exchange 2003 Server...
