I call it simpletab because of the singe tab on the top. I dont like the "hr" for the leftblocks but I cant think of another way to seperate the two sections.

It is not rounded in ie7 but you could try

fieldset {
border-style: solid;
border-width: 1px;
border-color: #efefef;
}

make sure its not

.fieldset {
border-style: solid;
border-width: 1px;
border-color: #efefef;
}

with a "."

what png problem.... (ie 7 supports the alpha layer transparency)

but for some reason the javascript screwes my computer up :( also if its set as a background that wont fix it. You may also want to know about the gamma levels in pngs.
