How do "special effects" objects translate into XOOPS when designed in dreamweaver - like hotspots, rollovers, etc ?

If so, can you provide a testimony of your experience ? I plan to use Fireworks MX 2004 and Flash MX 2004 to create a website using Xoops.

I just don't know how well sites designed in Fireworks get along with XOOPS code.

If anyone can give me some advice, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Sounds great !

I can't wait until 2.1 is stable.

I hope development makes it happen before I leave my job this summer.

I am relocating and I want to leave my bosses and the department with a great Web site before I do.

In the meantime, I've come across these menus online:

Would anyone be willing to give them a shot ?

So as of now, has anyone been able to successfully incorporate DHTML menus into XOOPS ?

As in, do links created by XOOPS modules appear in the DHTML menus automatically, or are they entered by hand instead ?

Thanks,

- Joe

Guys:

I really would like to use Flash menus on my XOOPS site.

Here's an example:

Would I have to set up links manually in the Flash menu instead and disable the XOOPS menu from showing up on pages ?

Any insight is greatly appreciated

Thanks,

- Joe

Guys:

Xoop Stats isn't recording any hits or information about browsers at all.

Basically, it's just not doing anything at all.

Are there settings or a file I must edit manually so it can start working ?

Thanks,

- Joe

As the topic states - what is a good site to find themes for a professional or institutional setting ?

I need to implement a theme for our university department website, and those in the XOOPS theme library are a bit outdated.

Can anyone recommend a good website where I can find some samples ?

Thanks,

- Joe

As the topic inquires - is there a way to prevent images from being renamed with random numbers when I upload them to Xoops' image manager or other modules, such as AMS ?

I find it frustrating that my images are rendered unrecognizable after uploading them.
