First and foremost I apologize for asking this if it has been asked before. I have a XOOPS site that I am setting up and I have a custom block that I want to be on the right side right under the user menu which is the first block displayed on the right hand side. How do I get my custom block to show there? right now it is on the very bottom under other blocks.
